We accept returns for Store Credit or Refund. Please carefully read our policy below to check your return eligibility.
If you need to Exchange for a different style/size, please request a Store Credit. You can then re-purchase your preferred style/size in your own time.

The postage and handling costs of return shipping is incurred by the customer, not Dive Into Lux Swimwear. It is recommended to keep note of your in-bound tracking as Dive Into Lux Swimwear is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
Bikinis: All bikinis must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Please ensure all tags are attached with gift box included.
- The returning garment(s) with tags attached in unworn condition.
Please note: all items are inspected by our staff upon arrival. We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our conditions below.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns sent back outside this period will not be accepted.
- All original tags must remain attached to the item(s)
- Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition and supplied packaging.
OUR POLICY:
- Refunds and store credits can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockiest

Although we try our absolute best to process refunds and store credits as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.
Sale items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ or items located on the 'CLEARANCE' section of our website are final and cannot be returned, other than in the event of them being faulty - Due to hygiene reasons, all SWIM BRIEFS are ineligible for a return of any kind, other than in the event of being faulty.
- A store credit/gift card can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes at checkout.

- In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact diveintolux@gmail.com stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item.
For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Dive In Lux Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
